What a boring day. My Mom and I were supposed to watch Pinay Pie after getting my license and going to that voter registration thing, but we both got lazy. I am craving for pizza! Where can I get pizza at 1am? Huh?

Spent the whole afternoon in front of the computer. I finally got around to doing that block site.

When I was younger, I had storytelling time with my great-grandma. I would always nag her to start her story with "Isang araw..." or its equivalent in English. I'm not sure if my love for reading was genetic, but I'm glad I got hooked on books early. Going back to my grandma, she is still alive. Amazing woman--she had twelve children, she had a Thomasite for a teacher, and her mother, Lola Galit was playmate with Carlos P. Romulo. I forgot what her teacher's name was, but she would describe her to me as a tall woman with a big bust.

I'm currently reading Waiting by Ha Jin. I got it last night, and the best part is I didn't even pay for it. My Dad did--along with some other books. If there was another copy of Look At Me by Jennifer Egan, I would've gotten that too, but the only copy left wasn't in good condition. I always take extra time in choosing books because I need to get one with perfect corners and the perfect spine. Arte, no?

I decided to revamp this site (although the changes are minimal; I like to keep things simple) because the last time I updated this was last June! I got inspired by Mixz and Roch who both have beautiful new layouts. Course cards were given out today--despite the suspension of classes in other schools, we stayed in school until the last of our course cards had been given out. During the long break, a bunch of us went to a nearby place that had Videoke Booths. It wasn't my first time to go to such place though. We spent the next three hours just eating, singing and laughing.

Oh yeah, I passed all my classes but I'm not on the Dean's List this term. Sucks.
