I'm watching The Wedding Planner on MM. I can't feel my bum now so I'm gonna have to move to the bed.

I was trying to pick out scrapbooking stuff online, so I could have it delivered to my aunt's house in NY and have my Dad pick it up when he goes there in a couple of weeks. Really, leave it to me to pick such a weird hobby, huh? I'm hopelessly bored now. I spend so much time online I discover sites by everyone. People I know, people my friends are friends with, people who make the world seem tiny.

I keep thinking about how long I've been online. It may seem like I'm such an addict, but I can't skip going online. I first stumbled upon the Net in April 1997. I was using AOL back then, and when I went home I used different ISPs. I'm not the best webdesigner out there, and I'd love to be better, but I like what I do. I like simple layouts. If you could probably name something online, I've done it/used it. I've had websites on Geocities (I always favored them over Angelfire and Tripod), Altern, had online journals (Livejournal, Blurty, Diaryland, Diary-x), accounts at various websites, etc. *shrugs* Fun online life. Want to find me? All you have to do is ask.

Holy cow, it's actually early! This is what happens when you have the laptop the whole day and you don't ever want to use the PC anymore. Haha. I'm watching Art Attack while waiting for Lizzie McGuire. Yeah, Lizzie episodes in the afternoon are repeats of the previous night's episode, but what the heck. I've been doing nothing since 11am, really. Now I'm trying to figure out how make new layouts in Blurty.

Super tired. Meego turned 5 today so we had the second part of his celebration. Extended eh! We went to the country club with sila Lola Zeny and family, our kinakapatid. Fun, fun. The water was nice--it wasn't too cold. Meego knows how to make sisid! haha. That sounded so NOT me, but my brain isn't working properly and I can't think of the right terms. Aliw. We'd toss his goggles in the water then he'd count 1-3 then we'd both try to get it. I was actually watching him underwater, and when he got the hang of it he would stay a bit longer and wave and dance around pa. Cool! Ü Now I have tan lines. We went to the veranda to have late lunch. *burp* I've been eating a lot this weekend! Food, food.

After getting home from the club, we went to the mall and I lurked around the DVD stalls. So much for piracy, the original DVDs are way too expensive for me. The ones I want anyway. I managed to get a copy of Fight Club! Woohoo. I have a date with Brad Pitt and Ed Norton tomorrow.Ü I know it's lightyears away from the original, like my friend Anna has (and the one I ogled when we went to her condo) but it's cheaper than ordering one online. Ha, basta yun! What else did I get? Hmm. Ah, most of the DVDs I get naman aren't the new movies cos they're not clear. I wait for DVD quality copies or I just buy old movies. Yay.

I feel like dancing. I've heard my dance-y songs a number of times today. On MTV pa right now is Rock Your Body by Papa Justin Timberlake.Ü Haha, seriously! He dances well, he has a decent voice, and he's cute. *dances around*

I've been having trouble trying to sleep this past week. :\ Ay, seems like those missed calls tradition is back?

Tiring day. I went to Town after Meego's party to have dinner with the girls. Sayang Janina couldn't go. It's fun hanging out with high school friends, you can talk about everything.

What countries are still SARS-free? Damn SARS.

New destination on my list of places to visit: Monaco. Okay so now aside from places around the Philippines there's Europe (Italy, Germany, France..), London, Jamaica, Greece (MYKONOS ISLAND!), Hawaii,Dubai (I just want to stay at Burj Al Arab), Brazil (Rio de Janeiro's Ipanema Beach.Ü uy! O diba, the true Girl from Ipanema.),Spain, Australia (Surfer's Paradise, here I come!), Thailand, Indonesia, Africa...ang dami. Really. I'd be happy with a travel fund, a laptop + good Internet access, a good digital videocam/digicam, my pillow, my journal and a shitload of black pens. (haha, a good looking guy with a Brit accent wouldn't hurt.) Promise.Ü I also want to live in these places for a while: Hawaii, Italy, London, New York.

I just got back from the clubhouse cos it was too hot. I'll wait for the kids to finish swimming before we do the birthday cake thing. Anyway I turned the TV on and who should I see but Hanson! Yes, one of my all-time favorite bands. It was their performance on The Jenny McCarthy show, a lovely acoustic version of MMMBop wherein Zac was a tiny 11-year old with his hair in braids. The line they were singing at the moment was "...so hold on to the ones who really care in the end they'll be the only ones there..." and it left me staring at the TV for a while. Of course. It's a simple song and it may have exploded in the music scene as just another of those pop songs, but it's not. I had a hard time sleeping this morning, and I just kept thinking about how hard it is to get old friends together and all those. It's all part of a big picture, really. I was just happy to see Hanson and hear MMMBop again. Hmmm, this calls for a date with my copy of The Road to Albertane.

I better go shower before the kids come back. Ü

Yep, it's early. I was busy transferring pictures to my SmartMedia card and it's taking me quite a while. I had another art class yesterday afternoon. It was so hot when we left the house for Makati. I had to run to National and get a new set of colored pentel pens cos Meego couldn't find our art envelope where the pentel pens were. Ang init! We did pen strokes and then started sketching/shading using the colored pentel pens. Hmmm. Pretty cool, but I wasn't completely satisfied with my work. I've to finish our assignment from two weeks ago (before Holy Week) -- the flower vase using shading. I wasn't sure how to shade the flowers! Haha.Ü Now I'm trying to clean my Inbox. A lot of Junk Mail again even if I filter my e-mail. Ugh.

Meego's birthday party is tomorrow. He's turning 5 on Sunday. The little boy is super duper excited. We picked up his cake yesterday and his face just lit up when he saw it. My Dad and I ordered it last Tuesday, and the cake? It's a Bey Blade cake. Hahaha! Ü Seryoso. It's in the shape of a Bey Blade. It looks nice though so I'll take a pic of it. I'm supposed to do face painting for the party but then my Mom said wag na lang since the kids will be swimming most of the time. Okai.Ü

I want a new book. No, I need new books. Why is that when you have money you can't find anything you like?!

It's too HOT in Manila! Eck. I miss Baguio. :\ I had dinner last night at Pazzo, but I ordered from El Cuento. Haha, they allow "crossing over" kasi. I noticed there were two old ladies there, one of them was holding one of those white Louis Vuitton bags? Gahd. The money they must throw away. I didn't have room for gelato anymore though, I was too full after the meal. Sayang. This is the second time I haven't had room for dessert. Last Sunday we had Easter lunch at Bubba Gump and I couldn't order that chocolate chip cookie thing cos I was too full.

I'm enjoying the mangga my friend gave me. Salamat po. You made me one happy girl. Let's see how long this euphoria lasts.Ü Uy, some of you are missing out on the juicy stuff found in my Blurty. Let me know your username, alright?

My bags aren't packed, I'm not ready to go...leaving for Baguio in about three hours. Eep! It was too hot to move around this afternoon so I'm taking my sweet time with packing. Ang sarap hindi masyadong mainit! I'd take the beach any day though. Haha.Ü I'm just ecstatic to have Holy Week over and done with so we can go beach bumming!

I'm watching KC's debut on TV. Haaay! I want to have Jericho Rosales at my debut too!Ü Hehe. Too bad I turned eighteen already, but I didn't exactly have a party. Who says you can't have a debut style party when you turn nineteen? Yikes, I feel old already even if my 19th birthday isn't even until December. I actually haven't had an actual happy birthday since I was 7. Seriously. It's weird but when it comes to my birthday it's like I don't feel that special. :\ Drama mode ba? Probably because it's 12 days before Christmas, and with the holiday rush, nawawala yung excitement and since most of my friends' birthdays are early/in the middle of the year, nakakalimutan yung sakin. In turn, ayun. Normal. Maybe that's why I always feel sad during my birthday.

Anyway I'm not here to mope about birthdays right? Ü My Dad says I can still go to Europe cos there's still time to process the papers and stuff, but I think next summer na lang because of the travel advisory with SARS. Don't travel (internationally) unless you absolutely have to. So I was getting excited for Boracay but then I feel sad now cos I don't think any of my friends are coming. Ano ba to parang ang lungkot naman ng buhay ko.Wala, I was just thinking it'd be a nice trip. Relaxation + bonding and all that, diba? Now it looks like I'll have to bring my brother, eh we've been "bonding" our whole lives. *sighs*

I'm hungry.Ü I added two pages about and out. Just two because I don't really want too much stuff in my site right now. It's not as hot, but I feel sticky pa rin. I don't think even ten showers could take away the icky sticky feeling during summer. :\ I'm hungry. Last night we had dinner at Banana Leaf.. and I only had a few bites. For some reason I couldn't bring myself to eat. Weird no? I'm like Miss Always Eating pa naman. I hope we have something good for dinner. I thought we were going out for dinner but my parents just came home from Rockwell. Ngark.

I haven't been able to update this because Fateback was down and I was busy with school. Well, I have some free time over the summer (although our break is too short). I've been meaning to use Michelle Rodriguez's pic from an old magazine cos it was so summery and she's "drumming". Ü What have I been up to so far? Well, my first year of college is over. Whew. Yes, it went by that fast. I started college with all sorts of mini fears, and I'm quite lucky to have found a great group of friends and blockmates. They all made my first year extremely fun and more than just bearable. Besides that, I've been taking this art class. Let's see if I have that artistic streak, huh? Ü I was actually supposed to go to Europe this summer, but because of SARS, it was cancelled. :\ I'm hoping I can still go next year. So this summer, hopefully it'll be a trip to Boracay. I can't wait! I'm super duper excited.
